i'm glad you went with Da Dong. i only tried two peking duck places in beijing, but Da Dong was by far the best. after reading this, my mouth is happily remembering the duck skin dipped in sugar.

Cool you guys had the original Peking duck with the wrap and not the bread crap. I hate the bread I think it takes away from the star of the plate, the delectable duck.
