About the Author: Despite the title, neither she nor this blog are
particularly religious (read Why “Cathedral Building”? for the
story behind the title). She is currently a trauma-oriented therapist
working with children and their families, schools, and wherever else
they need her. She has also had a hand in academics, arts, LGBTQ
supports, and service-learning. She is in her mid twenties, has a dual
BA in Psychology and Elementary Education, and flourishes best when
she has the opportunity to teach - whether it’s students, patients,
mentorees, or grantmakers. She is amassing a themed tie collection to
match various subjects. She also writes, makes art, and plots
deviously to make the world a better place.
