I did switch the milk with chocolate milk, used olive oil instead of vegetable and added semisweet chocolate. But it turned out perfectly!

I ended up cooking this for four minutes and it was still undercooked, I'm guessing due to discrepancies in size of banana. A cup measurement for the banana would be helpful.

Would recommend leaving the egg out and going for 90 second in the microwave. It’ll be softer and moister. Egg makes it rubbery.
