I'm using Hugin for making panorama, and he did it well.
And of course gimp for croping.
Rawtherapee is open now I use rawstudio for postprod, It's enough for
me.

Digikam comes with evrything included. Not only does it upload my
photos, but captions and tags get saved in IPTC data and show up on
Flickr.
