Hi! I’m a graduate student living in Boston. I try to spend max time
outside, often running or hiking. Been gluten free & in barefoot shoes
for the last 3 yrs. Has saved me from much pain - stomach pain and
knee pain. Still fighting the sugar-habit on and off, but mostly
