I had my first purple carrot today! Wasnt sure what to do with it lol but ate it is suggested just raw with skin on. I felt the taste was a little less sweet and more subtle but really nice.

I made this recipe yesterday as a test and I was quite pleased. I'm planning to make it with students in two after school programs this week.
