First I want to say, I’m keeping my url as vegan because I always
post the necessary substitution suggestions so my recipes can be
either vegetarian or vegan. And I changed it when I went hardcore
vegan to what it currently is. I’ve been Vegetarian since I was 4
years old and recently discovered that I am allergic to Wheat, yeast,
and eggs. So I am now a gluten-free vegetarian! I have my vegan stages
however, I have a chronic illness which I’ve found more manageable
when including some dairy ( and helps appease all of my doctors who
want me to eat red meat after not doing so for 18 years, NO WAY,
JACK!). I am also passionate about holistic and alternative health so
this is my outlet for information and recipes! I truly hope you enjoy
