HealthConnect at Home is one of Nebraska’s leading nonprofit, faith-based providers of Home Health, Hospice and Home Infusion therapy services. HealthConnect at Home was formed when the Home Health and Hospice programs of Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center Lincoln—Saint Francis Medical Center, Grand Island and Good Samaritan Hospital, Kearney—joined to form one agency in 2009.
