Independent Consultants: (noun, plural) self-employed professionals
who help their clients build great businesses. Independent consultants
are marked by their long term perspective, grit, sense of humor and
respect for the people they work with. We started this podcast because
we wanted to hear about the experiences of our fellow consultants. It
seemed like each time we'd chat with another consultant we'd learn
something new or would realize we're not the only one struggling with
a certain aspect of business. And we began to appreciate how important
it is to know there are others out there working hard to build great
consulting practices. The idea behind this podcast is to put aside all
the hype about entrepreneurship and have a series of down-to-earth
conversations about the work of building a practice. The Indie
